Instead of killing Nazi soldiers in a castle, the player takes the part of Noah, wandering the Ark, using a slingshot to shoot sleep-inducing food at angry attacking animals, mostly goats, in order to render them unconscious. The game plays similarly to Wolfenstein 3D, but the graphics were changed to reflect a non-violent theme. Gameplay Super 3D Noah's Ark plays similarly to Wolfenstein 3D, and utilizes the same game engine. The game was an officially licensed id Software Wolfenstein 3D engine title, but was not licensed by Nintendo, so it was sold in Christian bookstores instead of typical video game retailers. Even if a game isn't listed here, I may still want it.Super 3D Noah's Ark is a Christian video game developed by Wisdom Tree for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, and was ported a year later to MS-DOS, and re-released in 2015 on Steam for Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux. I'm interested in HuCards even if they're loose and not mint. So if Sunday's a holiday, we never receive mail from Friday through Tuesday.Īny Turbo games you have in mind for trade?I'm also interested in PC Engine stuff and any Turbo media I don't have, like old Video Game magazines with Turbo coverage, flyers, etc. Although I have a steady stream of mail coming in and we're bombarded with flyers/junk mail, we mysteriously never receive any mail on Fridays or on the days surrounding the unions extended long weekends. The other thing I love about Canadapost, is the free reign carriers have with their routes. The bad part of their minimum time period to file a claim is that its just about as long as PayPal & eBay's cut off to file a greivence so buyers have no choice but to file a dispute. So although it took forever until CP would even let me apply for a refund, at least they were pretty speedy in issuing me a check. The happy ending is, within a week of PayPal finding in this guys favor, I got a check from Canadapost(without any notice or questions) in the mail that covered about 3/4 of the guy's refund. PayPal debited my account to give buddyface a refund and I had to fill in the negative balance before I could send and receive funds again. I nearly got banned from PayPal and eBay, even though I had proff that I sent it. However, the guy I sold it to was unrealistic in his demands even though I kept him totally informed and applied for an insurance claim the first day that I could. I've only had one package that I sent that got lost. The average Canadian is more concerned about the freshness of their Tim Hortin's doughnuts than how we're getting worked over left and right by our own government.ĭont forget canada posts' trademark of losing packages!I've been pretty lucky. I've also been ordering a lot more from Japan where airmail is not only cheaper than from Canada and is equal to or less than from/to the U.S., but I've been receiving packages in as little as 2 - 3 business days(EMS is usually 1 - 1.5 weeks).īut unfortunately, like many other things in Canada right now, there's not much we can do about it. Not only is it cheaper to send to the U.S. Its now twice the price of what it cost like 5 - 7 years ago.Īnd packages are even worse. It used to be that every few years(maybe more) or so, the price of mailing a letter would go up a penny. and thanks to the internet, there is more mail being sent now than ever before. Of course we all know that that's total B.S. They've been jacking prices while deteriorating service on a yearly basis for a long time now.Īt first they were whining about how the internet had destroyed the postal service, because no one sent letters anymore because of e-mail and how they couldn't afford to keep things running. Why is shipping to canada cost more then to the us.and you're in canada?īecause Canada Post is literally a world class rip-off.
